1.1 These terms apply to all BolojiLite users worldwide. Please review these terms along with our policies and guidelines to understand how you may and may not use BolojiLite. You must comply with these terms while using BolojiLite and may only use it within the legal limits applicable to your location.
1.2 This document may also be referred to as the "Terms of Use," "Terms," "User Agreement," or "Agreement" and constitutes a legally binding agreement between individuals, businesses, organizations (the "Users"), and BolojiLite.
1.3 The terms "we" and "our" refer to BolojiLite, while "you," "your," "User," and "Visitor" refer to all users of the App. The terms "Content" refer to any materials provided via the App.
1.4 By registering for an account, utilizing any features and services, or accessing the services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to abide by these terms (including any additional guidelines and future amendments). You also confirm your agreement to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1.5 If you do not agree to these terms and any additional policies or guidelines, you may not register for an account or otherwise use or access the services, and you must immediately cease any use of this software and all services.
1.6 BolojiLite reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of the Terms of Use at any time. When using the Service, You may be subject to additional applicable guidelines or rules that may be posted from time to time. All of these guidelines and rules are deemed incorporated into the Terms of Use. While we may attempt to notify You when major changes are made to the Terms of Use, it is Your responsibility to review the Terms of Use periodically to check for changes. When BolojiLite makes changes, it will give the date of the most recent update in this space so You can be kept abreast by visiting this page. BolojiLite also reserves the right in its sole discretion and at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part of it), with or without notice.
2.1 BolojiLite's services are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the services provided by BolojiLite, you confirm and agree that:(a) You meet or exceed the "Minimum Age" requirement, as described below, or you are older; and (b) You are not currently restricted or prohibited by BolojiLite from accessing or using the services. If you do not meet these eligibility criteria, you must immediately discontinue using the services.
2.2 BolojiLite reserves the right to modify or change the "Minimum Age" requirement at our sole discretion and at any time. If the Minimum Age requirement is adjusted, we will update the terms accordingly, and it will apply to all users.
3.1 To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register with BolojiLite and create an account. During registration, you may be asked to provide specific information, including, but not limited to: (a) a unique username and password; (b) contact details such as your name, phone number, and email address; (c) payment and billing information; and (d) any further information requested in the account registration form.
3.2 Only one account may be registered per user, and using multiple accounts to access and use our Services is prohibited. You are solely responsible for keeping your account details secure. Please do not share your account information. You remain fully liable for any actions taken concerning your account, whether done by you or an unauthorized third party.
3.3 As the account holder, you are entirely responsible for complying with these Terms and are entitled to all associated benefits. You may not permit anyone else to (a) access your account; or (b) use the Services via your account. Your account is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
3.4 We reserve the right to verify your registration details at any time by requesting specific documents, such as an identity card, proof of address, and proof of your payment method. If you fail to provide the requested documentation, we may terminate your account and withhold any virtual items contained within.
3.5 You agree to update any provided information and cooperate with us to prevent illegal and fraudulent activities. All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and verifiable.You consent to us submitting it to third party providers such as age verification and identification services to verify your account.
3.6 We reserve the right at any time to investigate your account, including performing background checks and credit checks, in order to ensure compliance with these Terms and our obligations and to ensure that no improper or illegal activity is or has taken place. In the event that we determine that your account has been involved in any illegal, fraudulent or improper activity, we reserve the right to terminate immediately your account without notice or liability.
4.1 All intellectual property rights in the Services and associated content (images, text, graphics, trademarks, illustrations, trademarks, brands, service marks, trade dress, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos and music, logos, designs，etc.) are owned by BolojiLite or its affiliates. As a user of the Services, you agree not to use, copy, reproduce, publish or borrow any of the aforementioned content or trademarked work without explicit permission from BolojiLite or the owner thereof. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to grant you or any other party a license in or under any such intellectual property rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from any materials or content accessible on the Services.
4.2 Except as expressly set forth herein, no right or license is granted hereunder, express or implied, to any intellectual property rights, and your use of the Services does not convey or imply the rights to use the Services in combination with any other information or products.
5.1 By making available any User Content through the App, you hereby grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast and otherwise exploit such User Content on, through or by means of the App. This includes the use of said Content for commercial purposes.
5.2 We does not claim any ownership rights in any such User Content and nothing in these Agreement will be deemed to restrict any rights that you may have to use and exploit any such User Content. The copyright for all Contents remain in the possession of the User who has provided them.
5.3 You expressly agree that all Content, including without limitation Sponsored Content, that You Submit will not be: (a) defamatory, libelous, abusive, or obscene, and without limitation, shall not include material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law; (b) infringe on the copyright or any other proprietary right of any person or entity; (c) invade the privacy of any person; (d) contain a virus, worm, Trojan horse, time bomb, or any other harmful program or component; or (e) be otherwise inappropriate or unlawful.
5.4 You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all User Content that you make available through the App. Accordingly, you represent and warrant that you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content that you make available through the App or you have all rights, licenses, consents and releases that are necessary to grant to us the rights in such User Content, as contemplated under the terms of this Agreement.
5.5 You represent and warrant that neither the User Content nor your broadcasting or transmittal of the User Content or our use of the User Content (or any portion thereof) on, through or by means of the App will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
6.1 At BolojiLite, we are committed to creating a safe and secure environment for all our users. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). You agree that you will not use the platform to engage in, promote, or facilitate any activities related to CSAE, including but not limited to the distribution, creation, or sharing of abusive or exploitative content involving minors.
6.2Any user found to be in violation of this policy will face immediate suspension or termination of their account, and we will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating and prosecuting those involved in such illegal activities. We also encourage our users to report any suspicious behavior related to CSAE to help us maintain a safe community for everyone.
You agree not to do any of the following:
7.1 Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any our system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;
7.2 Avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by us or any of our providers or any other third party (including another User) to protect the App or Content;
7.3 Forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email posting, or in any way use the App or Content to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information;
7.4 Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the App or Content;
7.5 Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any User, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the App;
7.6 Encourage or enable any other individual to do any of the foregoing.
8.1 BolojiLite offers certain paid services and features available for purchase on the platform.All fees for paid services will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize BolojiLite to charge the applicable fees, including any taxes, to your chosen payment method.
8.2 All payments for paid services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated in the terms of service for a specific service.
8.3 BolojiLite reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to paid services if you violate any terms of this agreement, including but not limited to fraudulent activity or failure to comply with payment obligations.
9.1 BolojiLite reserves the right at its sole discretion to restrict, suspend, terminate, modify, or delete accounts or access to and use the Services and any other features without any obligation to compensate you for any resulting losses. Without limiting any other remedies, BolojiLite may remove, block, suspend, at its sole discretion, any Content you share on the Service, as well as modify, limit, suspend, discontinue, or terminate any of the Terms, access, and/or your use of all or any part of the Services with immediate effect automatically, with or without notice and without recourse to the courts or other tribunals for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation if BolojiLite believes that you are:
a. In breach of any of the terms of any of the Terms;
b.Creating problems or legal and/or regulatory liabilities (actual or potential);
c. Delinquent with respect to any charges due for a Premium Service;
d. Infringing a third party’s intellectual property rights;
e. Displaying, transmitting, or sharing any Prohibited Content;
f. Engaging in fraudulent, immoral, or illegal activities;
g. Illegal or improper use of your account or the Services or improper use of BolojiLite's intellectual property;
h. Endangering BolojiLite's user community;
You agree that BolojiLite is under no obligation to provide the Services, and that neither BolojiLite nor any third party shall be liable to you or to any other party for any limitation, suspension, discontinuance, termination, or modification of the Services.
9.2 If you believe that your account has been wrongfully suspended or terminated, you may contact BolojiLite Support for a review of the decision. Please be aware that submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the decision will be overturned. BolojiLite has the right to determine the outcome of the review based on the information provided and its internal policies. All decisions made by BolojiLite Support regarding account termination or suspension are final and not subject to further dispute or appeal.
10.1 While we welcome any feedback or comments from You, please note that any unsolicited ideas, feedback or suggestions pertaining to our business, such as ideas for new or improved products or technologies, website or tool enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names, will automatically upon submission become the property of BolojiLite, without any compensation to You. While under no obligation to review such submissions or to keep such submissions confidential, BolojiLite may use or redistribute any such submission and its contents for any purpose and in any way it deems fit.

11.1. BolojiLite is committed to protecting the rights of copyright rights holders and seeks to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of intellectual property. BolojiLite will promptly terminate the accounts of users that are determined by BolojiLite to be repeat infringers.
11.2. If You are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any Content infringes Your copyrights, You may Submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") by providing our designated agent for copyright claim notifications
11.3. BolojiLite will process any notices of alleged copyright infringement and will take appropriate actions under the DMCA. Upon receipt of notices complying with the DMCA, BolojiLite will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any material claimed to be infringing or claimed to be the subject of infringing activity.
11.4. BolojiLite may notify the owner or administrator of the affected Content so that he or she can make a counter-notification pursuant to his or her rights under the DMCA. If You receive such a notice, You may provide counter-notification in writing to the Designated Agent. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication.
12.1 To better understand how BolojiLite collects, uses, and safeguards your personal information, we encourage you to review our BolojiLite Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy outlines the types of data we collect, how it is used, how we protect it, and your rights regarding your personal information. By using BolojiLite, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
